The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is searching for an experienced executive to fill the role of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The CAO is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will provide strategic oversight of the Foundation’s administrative operations, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Administrative Services, Grants Management, and Facilities Management. The CAO will be tasked with leading internal operations, assessing organizational effectiveness, and creating initiatives that foster a healthy workplace culture. In partnership with the Chief Community Impact Officer, the CAO will partner as co-leaders to advance workplace cultural competence and promote belonging for all staff.

Communications Manager
The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic communications manager to help shape the communications strategy and storytelling of MSHF. Working to support our programs, partnerships, and advocacy efforts, the communications manager will help create marketing campaigns, write and edit stories for a variety of mediums, and contribute to strategic messaging. This role will work across departments and collaborate with contractors to maximize the impact of the Foundation. This individual will report to the Chief Communications Officer and collaborate with the Communications & Media Specialist in day-to-day operations.

Scholarship Program Associate

This individual brings a passion for working with our Mat-Su Valley communities and will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the MSHF scholarship program, including application intake, scholar communications, and event coordination. Program Officer, Healthy Minds
The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is seeking an experienced and passionate program officer to manage and oversee grant programs and initiatives related to our Healthy Minds focus area. Operating within the philanthropic team, the program officer will develop projects with community partners that align with the Foundation’s overall mission, concentrating on behavioral health, continuum of care, and crisis response. This individual will work with community partners, such as the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, and with local behavioral health providers to improve processes and provide support for Mat-Su residents experiencing behavioral health struggles. This position will work with the Chief Community Impact Officer and other senior program officers in day-to-day operations.

IT Manager
The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable IT manager to be the central technology leader for the Foundation, helping in strategic planning and supporting all computer-related activities. Directly impacting the efficiency and security of our staff, this role oversees daily IT operations, provides direct support to resolve tech issues, and identifies opportunities for technology improvement. This position will manage our Managed Service Provider relationship. The IT manger will report to the Chief Operations Officer and work with all departments in technology strategy, operations, and continuity.

The community resource specialist is part of a dynamic team that provides information and referral services to the Mat-Su community, ensuring that all residents have what they need to live their healthiest lives. This position serves as the first point of contact for community members and partners, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality resource information, and is responsible for ensuring program success through all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
