Technical Assistance (TA) is a support that helps nonprofits acquire specialized services or skills they need to be able to operate in an effective, sustainable way. Mat-Su Health Foundation provides a range of services that can support the varied needs of nonprofits – spanning areas such as board development and financial management; website enhancement and fundraising; pre-development and strategic planning.
MSHF considers requests from eligible nonprofits and awards grants for TA. The nonprofit uses the grant money to contract with the TA consultant at a previously agreed-upon rate, and the nonprofit manages payments to that consultant.
We accept Technical Assistance grant requests continuously throughout the year. Before applying, please review our grant guidelines for information about what the Mat-Su Health Foundation does and does not fund.
