Leadership and Professional Development

Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) supports leadership and professional development for executive directors, board members, and staff of Mat-Su nonprofits, governmental and tribal organizations, community councils, and faith-based organizations. The foundation’s investment in professional development enhances skills, fosters leadership, and strengthens the nonprofit sector. A well-trained workforce improves efficiency, collaboration, and impact, benefiting both organizations and the communities they serve.

To be eligible to apply for the leadership and professional development scholarship, applicants must be accepted into their training program or registered for the conference.
